6. Payment and Refunds

Taster Programs: No payment will be required during free trial periods unless otherwise specified.

Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions will be on a monthly basis or as stated in specific programs. Cancellation requests will only be effective from the subsequent billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the unused part of a subscription.

Long-Term Subscriptions: Long-term subscriptions refer to any subscription longer than three months. Refunds for long-term subscriptions will be provided only at the discretion of BalanceAndBeyond.co.uk, and only under unforeseen circumstances where the program is canceled. Any approved refund will be prorated and issued using the original payment method.

Regular Monthly Subscriptions: These subscriptions do not normally qualify for refunds unless the program is canceled. Refunds will be considered at the sole discretion of BalanceAndBeyond.co.uk.

However, no refunds or credits will be granted due to technical interruptions or failures beyond our control.
